Baby Clinic

Baby clinic is on Thursday mornings between 09:00 - 12:00, last arrival time to be seen is 11:45am. No appointment is necessary.

Diabetic Clinics

Book a review for half an hour appointment with Carolyn our practice nurse. please make sure you have had your diabetic bloods done before your appointment, or if this is not possible, Carolyn will arrange the forms for you to book your bloods appointment.

Asthma Clinics

Book for a half an hour appointment review with Carolyn our practice nurse. please do not take your inhalers before you attend - please bring them with you for the appointment.

COPD

Please book an half an hour appointment with the Practice Nurse

Medication Reviews

The reviews are carried out by our GP's/physician associates, if you require a medication review, please telephone reception and ask for a call-back.  

Blood test for Medication

Some medications that you take require blood test to safely keep prescribing them, if you are asked to have a blood test for your medication, please do so ASAP, if we find that you are not keeping up with your blood tests, we may have to reduce your medication until you have had this test completed.  This is always for your own safety, some blood tests need doing every 3 months, 6 months and yearly, please help us to help you.

Blood Tests

The practice has a phlebotomist who visits the surgery on a Wednesday to do blood tests between 11.15am-12.15am. Please telephone reception to make an appointment.

You can have your blood taken at Wythenshawe Hospital and The Forum, please telephone to make an appointment on 0800 092 4020 - but don't forget to pick up the blood test forms from the surgery if you don't already have them to take with you.

Well-woman Clinic

Please telephone reception 0161 413 0709 and book an appointmet with Carolyn (practice nurse), please state what the appointment is for, so the appropriate time can be allocated.

Includes contraception advice.
