When We Are Closed

Emergency out-of-hours is run by NHS111 who cover all emergencies when GP Practices are closed - when you call NHS111 you will be assessed by a doctor and they think you need to be seen, they will invite you down to the treatment centre.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.  

Access to the practice can be two way's, through the main entrance on Brownley Road, we are straight ahead as you walk through the entrance doors, this is wheelchair accessible or through the car park entrance off Hollyhedge Road, turn right as you come through the doors, again this entrance is wheelchair compliant.

The Metrolink tram stop is directly opposite the building on Brownley Road, and there is a range of buses that stop just outside the building
